What Do I Need to Bring to Boot Camp?
- Bring a bottle a bottle or other container of water to keep nearby while training.
- 1 Towel for sweat and tears (optional). Yes you will sweat!!!
- Running shoes or cross trainers
- Willingness to WORK HARD with NO EXCUSES!!!!
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. If you are unable to perform a particular exercise due to any physical limitations from an injury or illness, we will always have an alternate exercise for you to perform. Fully trained staff in injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques to meet your specific needs. Your performance will continue to improve as the camp progresses. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. Boot campers must be at least 16 years of age and can be as old as 134. 135 is just too old!!! Ha!! But seriously, must be at least 16 years old to participate.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
We combine exercises that include: calisthenics, core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile or less), Cal-jitsu, sandbells, power sleds, sledge hammers, tractor tire flips, metabolic circuits, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, non-specific sports training, kettlebell exercises, dynamic mobility exercises, stretching, fitness kick boxing, sports drills, obstacle courses, fitness games, CAL-kwan-do, CAL-Fu, surprises, field trips and more!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
The registration fee for the Marble Falls 4 days per week AM session is only $199 for 16 hours of instruction! That’s just $12.44 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $50 to $120 per hour for their services – this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry for the tardy response as I am trying to learn our new website. You can only start Boot Camps from the start of each new session to the following Monday after..so the start of week two. Athletes may start the True Warrior Sports Elite Performance Training program at any time because their sport season is time sensitive. Please let me know if you have any further questions. If not, we would love to have you join us at the start of the new session on Nov. 28th.

Thank you so much for your inquiry. In our True Warrior Elite Sports Performance Training program, we address and enhance all levels of athleticism: strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, flexibility, and balance. Development in all 7 pillars of an athlete are essential to enhance of each of them individually. We train from Monday through Thursday at 5pm to 6pm.
