Follow me to a little vacation time in San Antonio, TX. The hotel I’m staying at offers a small workout room but with only a couple of tredmills, a stairmaster and a rack of 10-20 lb weights. Luckily I packed my exercise band, so I can get going with my strength routine.

When you are on the road, don’t make any excuses. Even if the hotel you’re staying at doesn’t offer any exercise amenities or fitness room, pack your exercise bands. Keep them with you at all times.

They’re light and take no room in your travel bag or suitcase. No excuses.

Get going. Go hard or go home!

There is a new trend out there. No-carb diets seem to be in season.
