Verus Strength & Fitness Boot Camp is a four-week indoor/outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.
We believe in training everyone as athletes. Athletes tend to have the best physiques, blood pressure, bone density, resting heart rates, strength, balance, coordination and in most cases a very low percentage of body fat due to the dynamics and intensity of their training. Our workouts take a “get ready for game day” approach to work hard in preparation for the game of life as we battle for the most optimally fit and healthy body we can achieve.
