Each Boot Camp is 4 weeks long and typically begin around the first Monday of the month. There are 4 quarterly recovery weeks throughout the year (dates to be announced).
Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday
Open classes: 5:15am to 6:15am or 6:30am to 7:30am
Ladies only class: 8am - 9am
Open class: 9:30am - 10:30am
Evening Class: 5:45pm - 6:45pm (Tue & Thu only)
