Tire Flips for Fat Loss

What’s up Peeps,

For years, strength coaches and fitness trainers have been using tire flips to improve hip power, strength, and overall athleticism.  One of the reasons that tire flips are great is that they are much easier to teach the “triple extension” movement in which happens at the hip, knee, and ankle joints than with an olympic bar or even dumbbells.  This motion is considered the centerpiece of athletic performance to improve jumping, sprinting and lower body strength and power.  However, the energy requirements needed to perform tire flips is very high which of course will burn tons of calories and in turn fat.  Check out the video below and see we use tire flips in Verus Strength & Fitness Boot Camp for conditioning and fat loss.
