Each Boot Camp is 4 weeks long and typically begin around the first Monday of the month.  There are 4 quarterly recovery weeks throughout  the year (dates to be announced).

Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday
Open classes: 5:15am to 6:15am  or 6:30am to 7:30am

Ladies only class: 8am - 9am
Open class: 9:30am - 10:30am
Evening Class: 5:45pm - 6:45pm (Tue & Thu only)

Carpe Diem! ~ Seize the Day! There is no day like the present…at least that’s what “they” say. Well if “they” are right, then I challenge you to take charge of your health and fitness at Verus Strength & Fitness. We constantly make excuses for why we aren’t claiming the healthy and strong bodies that God desires for us to have. We put it off and put it off, not realizing that the more we let ourselves go, the harder it is to return. Nothing is impossible. You are stronger than you think you are. You can do much more than you think. Once you get over your fears (or embarrassment for letting yourself go in some instances), get your feet wet in training you will see what great potential is in the human body! We are resilient and mighty. Claim your knew body and mindset towards strength & fitness. It may be hard, but not complicated.
